Our Accessibility Policy & Commitment
We are committed to accessibility, diversity and inclusion. We believe all of our customers, consumers and staff should be able to have equal and effective access to our core websites and other public-facing digital communication. In doing so, the Company has a goal to comply with applicable accessibility laws and regulations including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Digital Accessibility Statement
To meet our goal, we have dedicated resources to our digital accessibility compliance effort, including those who coordinate the effort, and those responsible for designing, developing and testing our core website, smartphone apps, websites, chat and digital content. We also work to ensure that our support documentation and services meet accessibility requirements. While we do not control our industry partners and vendors, we encourage them to provide accessible content and assist them in identifying areas that need improvement.
If you would like further information about the company’s digital accessibility efforts, have a question, or would like to request auxiliary aids or services, please contact us in one of the following ways:

For persons with hearing or speech disabilities and are using Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) please call in the USA, dial 711.
Telecommunications Relay Service is a telephone service that allows persons with hearing or speech disabilities to place and receive telephone calls. TRS is available in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. territories for local and/or long distance calls. TRS providers – generally telephone companies – are compensated for the costs of providing TRS from either a state or a federal fund. There is no cost to the TRS user.

We want everyone who visits the Three Treasures Wellness website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.
To help us make the our website a positive place for everyone, we’ve been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the website.
What are we doing?
We have worked to implement the following guidelines as we have designed the website:
Providing alternatives for time-based media such as video;
Making it easier to see and hear content, including separating the foreground from the background;
Our website does not have any audio-only content so there is no live audio content for which we have captions (Guideline 1.2.4)
Providing ways to help users navigate, find content and determine where they are on the web page
Making text content readable and understandable
Making web pages appear and operate in predictable ways
Helping users avoid and correct mistakes
Our website does not facilitate financial transactions or legal commitments so there are not error prevention functionalities specific to these Items (Guideline 3.3.4)
How are we doing?
If you enjoyed using the website—or if you had trouble with any part of it—please let us know. While we’re working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility, we realize there are always opportunities to improve.
The Accessibility Pledge
We champion global inclusion by empowering people to do more through digital accessibility, which is at the heart of our company.
We are committed to ensuring that digital solutions and content developed, or acquired meets a high level of accessibility. This means either conformance with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
or ensuring that the solutions are effective, efficient, engaging, error tolerant and easy to learn for users of all abilities.
We pledge that should a conflict arise between release deadlines, aesthetics and the production of accessible solutions and content that accessibility will remain a priority.
